WHEREAS, the County received grant agreement No. X7-01 D00020-1 from EPA for the three referenced projects including the Florida Keys Seaweed Barrier Technology Evaluation, Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) - Canal Restoration Work Plan, and Florida Keys Sargassum Master Plan — Phase 1; and WHEREAS, the COUNTY amended the grant agreement from October 30, 2020 to December 31, 2020 due to schedule delays with COVID19; and WHEREAS, this no-cost time extension will allow the CONSULTANT to assist the COUNTY with completing the grant and associated close out documents including reimbursement and final reports; and WHEREAS, the task order will be effective as of September 16, 2020 and shall expire 60 days after the final deliverable to the County is submitted.
