Specifically, at the ramp walls and cap locations, some walls called for tile whereas other adjacent walls called for stucco.Additionally, by removing the north ramp wall to allow for ADA compliance, more inconsistencies with the appearance were created. To correct this issue, both sides of ramp walls will be tiled, and a cap will be installed. This change order includes the purchase of additional keystone tile and the labor to install an additional 500 SF of exterior tile. No additional time will be required for this additional work.
