FOR BRIC Application Development and Submission Consulting Services In accordance with the contract for FEMA Program Consulting Services made and entered 5'h day of September, 2019, by and between Monroe County hereinafter referred to as the "County" and CDR Maguire, Inc. hereinafter referred to as"Consultant." All terms and conditions of the referenced Contract for FEMA Program Consulting Services apply to the Task Order, unless the Task Order modifies an Article of the Contract of which will be specifically referenced in this Task Order and the modification shall be precisely described. 1. Monroe County requests technical assistance in the development of up to three(3)"Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities" (BRIC)grant applications for submission to the Florida Division of Emergency Management(FDEM) by November 12,2020 and the Federal Emergency Management Agency as prescribed by FDEM by no later than January 20,2021.The vendor will provide assistance to ensure that all technical criteria can be met and will include but not be limited to the following items: • Provide preliminary and final well documented Cost Benefit Analysis(CBA) in compliance with FEMA requirements. • Provide the County support on making a Go/No-Go Decision for each grant once the CBA has been completed. • Provide preliminary and final Project scope of work location, purpose,objectives, approach,feasibility,expected outcomes and benefits of the activity. • Provide estimated preliminary and final project cost estimate in compliance with FEMA requirements. • Drafting a work schedule for all tasks identified in the SOW. • Gathering and assessing sufficient information about potential impacts on environmental resources and/or historic properties in the project area. • Provide general Technical Assistance to County on submission requirements and data needs. • Accounting for other project considerations, including shovel readiness and duplication of funds. • Support Project Application Submission. • Support DEO follow-up information requests. 2. The task above shall be performed in accordance with 2.1 of the contract for FEMA Program Consulting Services. 3. The costs for Consultant's services set forth in this Task Order shall not execeed $50,000.00 for Services related to BRIC Application Development and Submission based upon the pricing as set forth in the Attachment A-Scope of Work and Pricing to the Agreement dated September 5,2019. •The individual itemized task amounts are estimates and may be adjusted as needed as long as the Total Contract Amount of$50.000 is not exceeded.
