RESOLUTION NO. 7-1960
WHEREAS, Cape Sable Corporation, a Florida corporation, has re-
quested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
approve for record in accordance with Section 177. 01, Florida Statutes 1953,
a plat known as "RAMROD SHORES MARINA SECTION, a Resubdivision of
the South 1166. 08 feet of Ramrod Shores Second Addition as recorded in
P. B. 4, p. 108, Monroe County Records, and all that part of Ramrod
Shores Second Addition and also that part of Gov't Lots 4 and 5, Section 29,
Twp. 66 S. , Rge. 29 E. , Ramrod Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat and the request for approval do not comply with
the provisions of Chapter 59-1577 and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida,
Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that the said
Board approve said plat for record provided that said Board of County Com-
missioners waives the provisions contained in the above referred-to laws,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the provisions of Chapter 59-1577
and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959,
be and the same are hereby waived so far as the plat known as. "RAMROD
SHORES MARINA SECTION, a Resubdivision of the South 1166. 08 feet of
Ramrod Shores Second Addition as recorded in P. B. 4, p. 108, Monroe
County Records, and all that part of Ramrod Shores Second Addition and also
that part of Gov't Lots 4 and 5, Section 29, Twp. 66 S. , Rge. 29 E. ,
Ramrod Key, Monroe County, Florida" is concerned and that said plat be
and the same is hereby approved for record and the Chairman and the Clerk
of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on said
plat.
