RESOLUTION NO. 8-1960
WHEREAS, J. L. Ribble and Evelyn L. Ribble, his wife, have re-
quested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
approve for record in accordance with Section 177. 01, Florida. Statutes 1953,
a plat known as "J. L. RIBBLE SUBDIVISION located in Government Lot 2,
Section 6, Township 66, Range 33, and Adjacent Submerged Land on Key
Vaca, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat and the request for approval do not comply with
the provisions of Chapter 59-1577 and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida,
Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that the said
Board approve said plat for record provided that said Board of County Com-
missioners waives the provisions contained in the above referred-to laws,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the provisions of Chapter 59-1577
and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959,
be and the same are hereby waived so far as the plat known as "J. L.
RIBBLE. SUBDIVISION located in Government Lot 2, Section 6, Township 66,
Range 33, and Adjacent Submerged Land on Key Vaca, Monroe County,
Florida" is concerned and that said plat be and the same is hereby approved
for record and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized
to sign the certificate of approval on said plat.
