Resolution 023-1960 410 410 RESOLUTION NO. 23-1960 WHEREAS, it is necessary to set up an item known as "Item #854. 02, Capital Outlay, Public Library", under the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1959-60, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds from Item #811, Capital Outlay, Courthouse, of said General Revenue Fund to the newly created item #854. 02, Capital Outlay, Public Library, of said General Revenue Fund, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that an item known as "Item #854. 02, Capital Outlay, Public Library", be and the same is hereby set up under the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1959-60, and the Clerk of said Board be and he is hereby authorized to transfer the sum of Two Thousand, Three Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2, 320. 00) from Item #811, Capital Outlay, Courthouse, of said General Revenue Fund, to the newly created Item #854. 02, Capital Outlay, Public Library, in said General Revenue Fund.
