RESOLUTION NO. 40 -1960
WHEREAS, N. Arthur Clark, a single man over the age of twenty-one
years, desires to convey certain lands to County of Monroe, State of Florida,
for road purposes, which said lands are part of a road to be constructed with
Monroe County, Florida, Secondary Road Funds, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe
County, Florida, described as:
The West ten (10) feet of Lots 16 and 17, Block 3, as
shown on Plat of Thompson's Subdivision, Section Al ,"
as recorded in Plat Book 1, at Page 147, Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida,
being deeded by N. Arthur Clark, a single man over the age of twenty-one
years, to County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of
said Board be and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary
acceptance on said deed of conveyance and cause same to be recorded in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
