Resolution 049-1960 V RESOLUTION NO. 49-1960 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, has been petitioned to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described plat or map, and WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1955, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 8:00 o'clock P.M., on Tuesday, the 12th day of July, 1960, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway: A part of Second Avenue according to the Plat of CUDJOE GARDENS recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 78 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and is more particularly described as follows: Begin at the Southwest corner of Lot Two (2), Block Six (6) of said Plat of CUDJOE GARDENS; thence east along the north line of Second Avenue a distance of 240 feet to a point; thence South a distance of 36 feet to a point in the south line of Second Avenue; thence West along the South line of Second Avenue a distance of 240 feet to a point; thence North a distance of 36 feet back to the point of beginning. BE TT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes 1955.
