RESOLUTION CREATING NEW ITEMS AND TRANSFERRING
FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to set up an item known as "Item #22I,
Fees, Clerk of Circuit Court", under the General Revenue Fund of the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1959-60, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer funds from Item #847,
Capital Outlay, Sanitary Landfill, of said General Revenue Fund to the new-
ly created item #221, Fees, Clerk of Circuit Court, of said General Revenue
Fund, and
WHEREAS, it is also necessary to transfer funds from Item
#825. 04, Capital Outlay, Sub-Station on Plantation Key, of said General
Revenue Fund, to the newly created item #221, Fees, Clerk of Circuit
Court, of said General Revenue Fund, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That an item known as "Item #221, Fees, Clerk of Circuit
Court", be and the same is hereby set up under the General Revenue Fund
of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1959-60.
2. That the Clerk of said Board be and he is hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500. 00) from Item #847, Capital
Outlay, Sanitary Landfill, of said General Revenue Fund, to the newly
created Item #221, Fees, Clerk of Circuit Court, in said General Revenue
Fund.
3. That the Clerk of said Board be and he is hereby authorized to
transfer the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Dollars ($380. 00) from Item
#825. 04, Capital Outlay, Sub-Station on Plantation Key, of said General
Revenue Fund, to the newly created Item #221, Fees, Clerk of Circuit Court,
in said General Revenue Fund.
