RESOLUTION NO. 71 -1960
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Arvid T. Johnson and Eleanor K. Johnson; his wife,
have requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record in accordance with Section 177, Florida
Statutes 1953, a plat known as "INDUSTRIAL ACRES, a Resubdivision of
Lots 39 & 40 and Part of Lots 33, 34, 35, 37 & 38 according to P. F.
Jenkins' Survey (P. B. 1, page 68), Section 22 -- Twp. 61 S. -- Rge. 39
E. , Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat and the request for approval do not comply
with the provisions of Chapter 59-1577 and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of
Florida, Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that the
said Board approve said plat for record provided that said Board of County
Commissioners waives the provisions contained in the above referred-to
laws, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARDOF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA, that the provisions of Chapter 59-1577
and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959,
be and the same are hereby waived so far as the plat known as "INDUSTRIAL
ACRES, a Resubdivision of Lots 39 & 40 and Part of Lots 33, 34, 35, 37 &
38 according to P. F. Jenkins' Survey (P. B. 1, page 68), Section 22 --
Twp. 61 S. -- Rge. 39 E. , Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida" is con-
cerned and that said plat be and the same is hereby approved for record and
the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the
certificate of approval on said plat.
