Resolution 075-1960 b .r RESOLUTION NO. 75 -1960 WHEREAS, certain areas in Monroe County, Florida, have been declared disaster areas due to the damage caused by the recent hurricane and it is deemed necessary and advisable to regulate the sale of intoxicating beverages, whiskey, beer and wine throughout these said areas not included in municipalities, and WHEREAS, in accordance with Sub-Section 4 of Section 14 of Chap- ter 562, Laws of Florida, Year 1959, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, is authorized to regulate the sale of said in- toxicating beverages, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that in that area in Monroe County, Flor- ida, outside of municipalities, from the east end of the Seven Mile Bridge to the Dade County line the sale of intoxicating beverages, whiskey, beer and wine is authorized only during the hours from 12:00 Noon to 8:00 P. M. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that any persons or firms selling or allowing to be sold said intoxicating beverages at any time not authorized herein will be prosecuted in accordance with the Beverage Laws of the State of Florida. BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that this Reso- lution shall remain in effect until same is officially rescinded by the action of said Board. Dated September 20th, 1960.
