Resolution 079-1960 RESOLUTIOJ H0. 79 -1960
ENEMAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida obtained a loan of Fifty Thousand Dollars
($50,000,00) from the Internal Improvement Board of the State
of Florida, to be used for hurricane disaster emergencies, and
WHEREAS, said Board desires to place said sum in
the Road and Bridge Fund of said County, now, therefore,
BR IT RESOLVED B! MR BOARD OF GOUTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That there is hereby created under Income in
the Road and Bridge Fond, an Item #24, to be known as "Loan
of $50,000.00 from Internal Improvement Board for Emergency
Road Work Caused by Hurricane".
2. That there is hereby created under Expenditures
in the Road and Bridge Fund, an Item 4+4.02, to be known as
"Emergency Road Work Caused by Hurricane".
3. That the Clerk of said Board is authorized to
set up the sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in each
of the above created Items.
