Resolution 080-1960 RESOLUTION NO. 80 -1960
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, Howard E. Kambach and June S. Kambach, his wife,
and Madco, Inc. , a Florida corporation, have requested that the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve for record in
accordance with Section 177, Florida Statutes 1953, a plat known as "KEY
HAVEN - SIXTH ADDITION, a Subdivision of Part of Gov't. Lots 1 & 2,
Section 26, Twp. 67 S. , Rge. 25 E. and Adjacent Submerged Lands, Raccoon
Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, said plat and the request for approval do not comply with
the provisions of Chapter 59-1577 and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida,
Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959, and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor has recommended that the said
Board approve said plat for record provided that said Board of County Com-
missioners waives the provisions contained in the above referred-to laws,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the provisions of Chapter 59-1577
and Chapter 59-1578, Laws of Florida, Acts of the Legislature, Year 1959,
be and the same are hereby waived so far as the plat known as "KEY
HAVEN - SIXTH ADDITION, a Subdivision of Part of Gov't. Lots 1 & 2,
Section 26, Twp. 67 S. , Rge. 25 E. and Adjacent Submerged Lands, Raccoon
Key, Monroe County, Florida" is concerned and that said plat be and the same
is hereby approved for record and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board
are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on said plat.
