RESOLUTION NO. 5-1960 - Secondary Roads
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has previously
authorized the Florida State Road Department to prepare a planimetric
map of Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Photogrammetric Division of the Florida State
Road Department has completed this work and it is now necessary to
authorise the necessary ground control work to be done, and
WHEREAS, said work will have to be done by an engineer, and
WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners desires to pay
-- - for the cost of said necessary ground control work required out of Monroe
County, Florida, Secondary Road Funds, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Florida State Road Department
be and it is hereby authorized and empowered to hire an engineer to do the
necessary ground control work required in connection with the planimetric
map of Monroe County, Florida, previously prepared by the Photogrammetric
------- ---------- -- Division of the Florida State Road Department and to pay for the cost of same
out of Monroe County, Florida, Secondary Road Funds.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be and he is hereby directed to forward certified copies of this Reso-
lution to the Florida State Road Department for appropriate action.
