For the Installation and Maintenance of Aids to Navigation and Regulatory Markers:
Lakes Passage
Date: November 18, 2020
Coffin Marine Services, Inc. is hereby authorized to proceed with the following work: replace three (3) signs on
one (2) lateral aid marker, and replace one (1) lateral aid markers and two (2) associated sign as described in the
Invitation for Quotes dated November 2, 2020 and in the contractor's quote dated November 15, 2020.
The County agrees to pay the proposed cost of$5,824.00 upon satisfactory completion of the work and receipt of
an invoice and photographs. Attached is the Purchase Order 421000348. Please reference this number on the
invoice.
The contractor shall make every effort to complete the work by January 31, 2021.
Please proceed with ordering any necessary supplies (as needed) and prepare to perform the work.
General Requirements: All terms and conditions in the Contract for Installation and Maintenance ofAids to
Navigation and Regulatory Markers in Monroe County shall apply to this Task Order.
Additional Instructions: Contractor shall coordinate with staff for signage to be provided by the Marine
Resources office for this job.
