CORRECTIVE QUIT-CLAIM DEED
THIS CORRECTIVE QUIT-CLAIM DEED, executed as of the /-1 day ofaro nbar,
20 5 ,by SVMG KEYS ACQUISITION CO., LLC, a Florida limited liability company,whose
address is 550 S.W. 12th Street, Suite 550, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442(hereinafter called the
"Grantor"), to LARGO SUN VISTA ACQUISITION CO., LLC, a Florida limited liability
company, whose address is 550 S.W. 12th Street, Suite 550, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442
(hereinafter called the "Grantee"):
(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall
include singular and plural,heirs,legal representatives,and assigns of
individuals,and the successors and assigns of corporations and public
bodies.)
WITNESSETH,That the Grantor,for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO/100
($10.00)DOLLARS in hand paid by said Grantee,the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,does
hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the said Grantee and Grantee's successors and assigns
forever, without representation, warranty from or recourse to Grantor, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said Grantor has in and to the following described lot,piece or parcel of
land,situate,lying and being in Monroe County,Florida,to-wit: For a complete legal description of
the land conveyed hereby, reference is hereby made to Exhibit"A"attached hereto and made a part
hereof for all purposes.
TOGETHER with,but without representation or warranty,all the tenements,hereditaments
and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
NOTE: In addition to the foregoing, this Corrective Quit-Claim Deed is made to
correct the scrivener's error in that certain Quit-Claim Deed executed April 17,2009,

by and between SVMG KEYS ACQUISITION CO., LLC, as first party therein,
and LARGO SUN VISTA ACQUISITION CO., LLC, as second party therein,
which Quit-Claim Deed was recorded on April 21, 2009, in Official Records
Book 2409, Pages 578-581, inclusive, Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida, wherein the name of SVMG KEYS ACQUISITION CO., LLC, as the
first party therein and the capacity of STEPHEN M. COHEN as the person
signing as Managing Member for and on behalf of the first party therein were
inadvertently omitted by the scrivener from the signature block of said Quit-
Claim Deed. Notwithstanding that the Notary Public who notarized the
execution of said Quit-Claim Deed identified STEPHEN M. COHEN, as
Managing Member, to eliminate any doubt concerning the identity of the first
party and the identity and capacity of the person signing for and on behalf of
said first party, by this Corrective Quit-Claim Deed it is also confirmed that
said Quit-Claim Deed was in fact executed by SVMG KEYS ACQUISITION
CO., LLC, as first party by its duly authorized then Managing Member,
STEPHEN M. COHEN.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD,the same together with all the estate, right, title,interest, lien,
equity and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the Grantee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the Grantor has signed and sealed these presents the day and year
first above written.
