MSTR 0S-Monroe County page I of 1 EXHIBIT A(12/15-92) SCOPE OF SERVICES Environmental Consulting Services Key West International Airport and The Florida Keys Marathon International Airport Monroe County Airports Jacobs Project Management Company will provide the services as outlined in the Fee schedule and in Michael Baker International,Ines.Scope of Services. These"on-call"airport environmental service includes but are not limited to the following tasks: 1)Attendance at meetings; 2)Coordination with government agencies; 3)Review of the airport environmental documents; 4)Review of the airport wildlife hazard management plans; 5)Conduct airport wildlife hazard site visits; 6)Conduct Part 139 wildlife hazard training for airport personnel; 7)Conduct depredation training; 8)Data review; 9)Statistical data analyses; 10)Development of environmental educational bulletins;and 11)Other general environmental-related work as assigned. Exceptions: Hazardous Materials. Owner shall be responsible for all Hazardous Materials at the Site (known or unknown), which shall include any Hazardous Materials existing on the Site as of the Effective Date of the Agreement,whether or not detected by Consultant or otherwise,and any Hazardous Materials brought to the Site by any party other than Consultant, anyone employed by the, or anyone for whose acts Consultant may be liable, including, at Owner's sole cost and expense: (i) for the proper handling, storage,collection,containment,removal, transportation and disposal from the Site of all such Hazardous Materials, and (ii) for any environmental condition caused by such Hazardous Materials. Owner's obligations shall include obligations with respect to a release or discovery of Hazardous Materials by Consultant or its Subcontractors that have been or are brought to the foregoing areas by third parties other than Consultant,a Subcontractor,anyone employed by them,or anyone for whose acts Consultant or any Subcontractor may be liable. (CONSULTANT), a Florida Corporation agrees to perform and complete the following services(hereinafter"Services")for JACOBS(`CLIENT'). TASK DESCRIPTION This task provides for a budgeted allocation of THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($30,000.00) for authorized general "on-call" airport environmental consulting services that may be required by JACOBs to provide environmental services to Monroe County, specifically at Key West International Airport and Key West Marathon Airport. These "on-call" airport environmental service includes but are not limited to the following tasks: 1) Attendance at meetings; 2) Coordination with government agencies; 3) Review of the airport environmental documents; 4) Review of the airport wildlife hazard management plans; 5) Conduct airport wildlife hazard site visits; 6) Conduct Part 139 wildlife hazard training for airport personnel; 7) Conduct depredation training; 8) Data review; 9) Statistical data analyses; 10)Development of environmental educational bulletins;and 11)Other general environmental-related work as assigned. No tasks shall be performed under this Task Order without prior authorization from the CLIENT. All costs for professional services, meetings and expenses specifically covered by a separate agreement shall not be included under this Task Order. Services of the CONSULTANT shall be under the direction of Mr. Richard Strickland or Mr. Erick D'Leon. SCHEDULE Services authorized by the CLIENT under this Task Order shall be performed with reasonable diligence and expediency consistent with sound professional practices. When applicable,specific task schedules shall be coordinated prior to task authorization. This Task Order shall remain in effect until the Not-To-Exceed budget is expended or until the base agreement referenced above expires, whichever occurs first, unless sooner terminated in writing. 2020-2021 Monroe County On-call Environmental Michael Baker International,Inc. Page 1 of 2 November 9,2020 COMPENSATION The CLIENT shall compensate the CONSULTANT for the performance of authorized services on a Not-To-Exceed (time-and-materials) basis. The Not-To-Exceed limit shall be Thirty Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($30,000.00 NTE). CONSULTANT shall be compensated based on actual time(hours)expended and actual expenses incurred. The CLIENT shall compensate the CONSULTANT for authorized services performed by the CONSULTANT and reimbursable expenses incurred by the CONSULT ANT during the work at the hourly rates and standard rates included in the above-referenced base agreement. Reimbursable expenses shall also include actual out-of pocket expenses incurred by the CONSULTANT (reimbursed at actual costs). Each expenditure under this Task Order shall be accompanied by a statement of the purpose, time involved and overall expense charged to this Task Order. In the event that GOE77 funds are exhausted, cost reimbursement can be submitted under GIQ04 for services begun after GIQ04 execution date, to be completed within 547 days, in the amount of $33,348.00. Based on the information provided, FDOT concurs with Monroe County's request. Only expenses incurred on or after the date of the fully executed JPA/PTGA and otherwise eligible under the Agreement shall be reimbursed to Monroe County Airports—Key West International Airport.
