ITEM BACKGROUND: On September 22, 1999 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Michel & Celine Breton
submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
