AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of four buildable lots from Vince and Barbara Lentine to
Monroe County by Warranty Deeds. The applicants receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending
July 13, 2000, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On January 26, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Vince and Barbara
Lentine submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate four lots to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
