$82,797.00, for Resident Project Representative (RPR) Services during the Florida Keys Marathon
International Airport Terminal Interior Rehabilitation Project.The RPR will provide part-time
RPR services, including but not limited to, checking construction activities to ensure compliance
with plans and specifications, coordinate quality assurance tests,review certifications, test reports,
and payments requests.The task order is funded by FDOT Grant GI P52 (80%); and Marathon
Airport Operating Fund 403 (20%).

$185,136.00, for Construction Administration (CA) and Resident Project Representative (RPR)
Services - Amendment 1 for the Taxiway A Rehabilitation and lighting Project at the Key West
International Airport. The project completion date was extended from October 22, 2020 to April
I, 2021 due to delays from inclement weather and the REII,electrical panel relocation and REII.
installation portion of the project being put on hold due to FAA COIVD-I9 travel restrictions. CA
& RPR services are needed through project completion. The Task Order is being funded by FAA
Grant 37-60; FDOT Grant G1007and Passenger Facility Charge (PFC#18).
J8 Jacobs Project Management Co.'s Task Order No. 12/15-89, in the amount of
$65,416.00, for Construction Administration Services during the Florida Keys Marathon
International Airport Security Site Lighting Rehabilitation Project. The Task Order is funded by
FOOT Grams GIP52, G0Q40 and GIP.50 (80%); and Marathon Airport Operating Fund 403
(20%).

$74,801.00, for Construction Administration Services during the Florida Keys Marathon
International Airport Hangars Rehabilitation Project. The task order is funded by FDOT Grant

Terminal Interior Rehabilitation - RPR Services
SCOPE OF WORK
Jacobs Project Management Co. (Jacobs)will provide resident project representative (RPR)
services for the"Terminal Interior Rehabilitation" project at Florida Keys Marathon International
Airport(MTH). These construction services will provide the following:
ASSUMPTIONS
• RPR services are based on an anticipated duration of 180 calendar days of construction. In
the event the construction duration exceeds the calendar days listed above, Jacobs reserves
the right to revise our proposal.
• Jacobs will invoice on a percent complete, including expenses, to compensate the level of
effort required for each assignment.
ARTICLE E -RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE (RPR)
1. Attend pre-construction conference.
2. Coordinate and attend progress meetings with the contractor, Airport, and any other interested
parties, as required prior to construction (e.g. Staging area coordination, setting up Contractor's
trailer.).
3. Provide part-time RPR services for the or associated with the project. The RPR's for the
project shall have field experience in the type of work to be performed, be fully qualified to make
interpretations, decisions, field computations, and have knowledge of testing requirements and
procedures.
The RPR's shall be responsible for the following:
• Checking of construction activities to ensure compliance with the plans and specifications.
Inform the contractor and County of any work, which is in non-compliance.
• Coordinate quality assurance tests and verify they have been performed at the frequency
stated in the specifications.
• Review certifications for conformance with the specifications.
• Maintain a set of working drawings on the job site, which can be used to prepare "As-Built"
drawings.
• Review the test reports and certifications for conformance with the specifications and
maintain a it for all reports and certifications.

• Jacobs does not have control over or charge of and shall not be responsible for construction
means, methods, techniques, sequences or procedures of construction or for safety
precautions and programsin connection with the work, since these are solely the
Contractor's responsibility under the contract for construction.
• Jacobs shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that the Contractor completes the work
in accordance with the current approved schedule carries out the work in accordance
with the contract documents.
• Review close out documentation.
• Review payment requests and certified rolls from the contractor.
• Maintain a diary, which will contain entries made and signed by the resident engineer. Each
entryshould include ollo i , plus any additional pertinent data:
a. Date and weather conditions.

c. Construction work in progress and location.
d. Size of contractor's work force and equipment in use.
e. Number of hours worked per day for contractor and subcontractors.
