1. Approval of agenda.

1. Presentation of a potential minor modification to the Incidental Take
yPermit (ITP) to extend the expiration date to June 30, 2026, without
an increase in development or take, but to simply request a 3-year
extension of the expiration date to be consistent with the recently
adopted Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code
amendments extending the time period for the Rate of Growth
Ordinance (ROGO)through 2026.

to address the exhaustion of ROGO allocations and the build-out of
the Florida Keys as of 2023 (2026 for Monroe County, after County
