applicants listed below provided the applicants' Restrictive Covenant is approved by the BOCC Antonio & Marlen
Narvaez submitted the Restrictive Covenant to Monroe County,
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No, 016-1992.

LOT AGGREGATION RESTRICTIVE COVENANT
I. WHEREAS, Antonio Narvaez and Marlen Narvaez, his wife, the undersigned are the sole owners of the following
described real property located in Monroe County, Florida:
Lots 10 and 17, Block 16, Key Largo Park, Amended Plat, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 62, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida,
Real Estate Number(s): Tax#0052691O-000000/AIt#I646l48 and Tax#00526980-OO0000/AIt#1 6462 1 I
2. WHEREAS, this Lot Aggregation Restrictive Covenant restricts the use of the legally described property in order to
receive a building pennit; and
3. WHEREAS, the above described parcel(s) was assigned additional points in the Pennit Allocation System for building
pennit 99-3-2]47 for the voluntary reduction of density through aggregation ofvacant, legally platted, buildable lots;
and
4. NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned agree as follows:
· The above described parcel(s) shall have its density reduced from 1W.Q dwellings units to one dwelling unit in
consideration of a building pennit to build a single-family residence; and
* The restrictions herein shall be binding upon the representatives, heirs, assigns and successors in title of the
undersigned; it being the intention of the undersigned by execution and recording of this document that this restriction
shall run with the land and shall be forever binding upon the successors in title; and
* This covenant is intended to benefit and run in favor of the County of Monroe; and
* In the event of any breach or violation of the covenant contained herein, the said County may enforce the covenant
by injunction or such other legal method, as the County deems appropriate.
