AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of three buildable lots from Gordon L. & Karen M, Sharp
and Warren Werling to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds. The applicants receiving dwelling unit allocations
award for the year ending July 13,2000, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No, 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 8, 2000 the Planning Commission approved allocation awards for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC, Gordon L. & Karen M.
Sharp and Warren Werling submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate three lots to Monroe County,
