ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 22, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for th~
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed are approved by the BOCC. James & Mary ~ealis
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate three lots to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. OI6-199~,
