AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable parcels from Tom & Carol Burgess to

July 13,2000, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No, 16-1992,
ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 8, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Tom & Carol Burgess
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two parcels to Monroe County,
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
