AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable parcels from Tom & Carol Burgess for
Robert Fay to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds. The applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the
year ending July 13, 2000, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992,
ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 22, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Tom & Carol Burgess
for Robert Fay submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two parcels to Monroe County,
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No, 016-1992.
