AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of six buildable lots from Robert Walma to Monroe
County by Warranty Deeds. The applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,
2000, has filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On February 23, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Robert Walma
submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate six lots to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
