ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 12, 2000 the Planning Commission approved allocation awards for the applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Douglas & Lynn Bell and Daniel & Aileen Galvan submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two lots to Monroe County.
