AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from Douglas & Lynn Bell and
Daniel & Aileen Galvan to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds. The applicants receiving dwelling unit allocation
awards for the year ending July 13, 2000, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 12, 2000 the Planning Commission approved allocation awards for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Douglas & Lynn Bell
and Daniel & Aileen Galvan submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two lots to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
