Item Background: On May 10th, 2000, Deputy Kohout submitted the attached Memorandum to vacate the premises and rescind lease agreement. Previous Relevant BOCC Action: At their February 16th, 2000 Meeting, the Board renewed a one (1) year lease agreement with Deputy Linda Kohout to reside in the trailer located on Sombrero Beach. Staff Recommendation: 1. Approval for Sheriff Roth to appoint a Sheriff Deputy to enter into a lease agreement to reside at the trai ler located on Sombrero Beach. 2. Approval and authorization for Mayor to execute lease agreement for same.
