County by Warranty Deed. The applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,
2000, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On April 12, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC Stephen J. Kotolac
submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
