AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of one buildable lot from Lomax & Susan Harrelle for
Wesley Schuhknecht to Monroe County by Warranty Deed. The applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award
for the year ending July 13,2000, has filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 22, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Lomax & Susan Harrelle
for Wesley Schuhlmecht submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23, 1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
