Peter & Linda Raskob for Largo Sound Homes to Monroe County by Warranty Deed. The applicant receiving a
dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13, 2000, has filed the document in accordance with
Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On June 7, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. John & Kathleen Dixon
and Peter & Linda Raskob submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.

THIS INDENTURE, Made this 22nd day of June, A.D. 2000, between JOHN
DIXON, joined by his wife, KATHLEEN DIXON and PETER RASKOB, joined
by his wife, LINDA RASKOB, parties of the first part, and MONROE
COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post
office address is 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, Florida 33040,
party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
considerations, to them in hand paid by the said party of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained, and sold to the said party of the second part,
its heirs and assigns forever, the following described land,
situate, lying and being in the County of Monroe, State of Florida,
to wit:
Lot 18, Block 2, KNOWLSON COLONY, FIRST ADDITION, according to
the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 110 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO taxes accruing subsequent to date of transfer.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
To have and to hold, the same in fee simple forever.
And the said parties of the first part hereby covenant with the

part are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple i that the
parties of the first part have good right and lawful authority to
sell and convey said land, and hereby warrant the title to said
