AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from Kenneth J. & Rebecca J. Hysell
and James Weisenbach to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds. The applicants receiving dwelling unit allocation
awards for the year ending July 13, 2000, have filed the documents in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992,
ITEM BACKGROUND: On June 21, 2000 and May 24, 2000 the Planning Commission approved allocation
awards for the applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Kenneth
J. & Rebecca J. Hysell and James Weisenbach submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate two lots to Monroe County,
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992,
