ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 8, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC AJ. and Lynn S.
Freshwater submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
