AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of five buildable lots from Charles & Patricia Rumbley to
Monroe County by Warranty Deed. The applicants receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending
July 13,2000, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On June 21, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOec. Charles & Patricia
Rumbley submitted the Warranty Deed to donate five lots to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992,
