ITEM BACKGROUND: On May 24, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Restrictive Covenant is approved by the BOCC. Julie Susan Vance
submitted the Restrictive Covenant to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
