the United Statu' share. ninety percent 190%1 of the allowable costs incurred in accomplishing the project consisting of the following:
"Install a V"~ual Guidance System (PAPII on Runway 7/251Duign Only); Construct a General Aviation Apron (Duign Only); and
Expand an Existing General Aviation Apron (Design Only).
as more particularly described in the Project Application dated June 1,2000.
The maximum obligation of the United Statu payable under this Offer shall be $59,508 for airport development.
This offer is made in accordance with and for the purpose of cerrying out the provisions of Title 49. United Statu Code, herein called Title 49
U.S.C. Acceptance and execution of this offer shall comprise a Grant Agreement. provided by Title U.S.C.. constituting the contractual
obligations and rights of the United Statu and the Sponsor. 4/.

accordance with the laws of the said State and Title 49 U.S.C. In addition. for grants involving projects to be carried out on property not owned by
