ITEM BACKGROUND: On July 27, 2000, staff reported to the Board regarding the scheduled closing of the Mariner's Hospital transaction and relayed the Seller's request to continue using the "bunker" building on the property for file storage. The Board authorized staff to close the transaction provided the Sellers agree to vacate the bunker within 30 days of the closing date. The proposed document will formalize this understanding.
