ITEM BACKGROUND: On August 23, 2000 the Planning Commission approved allocation awards for the applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. Douglas & Lynn C. Bell, Andrew & Teresa Stark, and Eckhart & Natalia Hentschel submitted Warranty Deeds to donate four lots to Monroe County.
