ITEM BACKGROUND: On August 23, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. John K. & Ann R.
Armstrong submitted a Warranty Deed for The John K.Armstrong Revocable Trust to donate one lot to Monroe
County .

hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns forever the
