WHEREAS, Samuel and Alana Stoia, a married couple, the undersigned are the sole owner of the following described real property located in Monroe County, Florida described as follows: LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 16 - SUBDIVISION: ANGLER'S PARK KEY: KEYLARGO PLAT BOOK ~PAGE 159 REAL ESTATE NUMBERS: 00553710-000000 00553700-000000 2. Whereas, this Lot Aggregation Restrictive Covenant that restricts the use of the legally described in order to receive a building permit; and 3. Whereas, the above described parcel( s) was assigned additional points in the Permit Allocation System for building permit 00-03-2866 for the voluntary reduction of density through aggregation of vacan~ legally platted, buildable lots; and 4.
