This is for a term commencing on December 1, 2000 and concluding on June 30, 2002. The Board member who held this seat resigned from the Board of Directors. This Board opening was advertised in accordance with Article III, Section 1 of the Health Council of South Florida Bylaws. Ms. Premaza is the sole applicant and is highly qualified.
