Dear Mr. Bacheler,
As you are aware, the current lease agreement for office space In SuItes No. 2 &
3, Indian Waterways Village (PlantatIon Key Public Defender), will expire on
January 31,2002. In accordance with the provisions of the current lease, we
would like to exercise our option to renew the lease until January 31,2004.
Monroe County Fadlitles Maintenance will prepare the necessary documents and
