Although there arc Ic'gitimatc conccms concerning access and distribution of the portion of road proposed to be abandoned, we were able to determine that these issues can be resolved and the abandonment can go forward as bas been contemplated and agreed to by the property owners for some two years. The issue of a 20' wide access from the County Road to the last lot can be resolved by a Unity ofTit1c with the other 1011 which ara ill COIDnlon ownership.
