AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of five buildable lots from E & T Oceanside Investments,
LLC, a Florida Corporation to Monroe County by Warranty Deeds.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On January 24, 2001 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicant listed below provided the applicant's Warranty Deeds are approved by the BOCC. E & T Oceanside
Investments, LLC, a Florida Corporation submitted the Warranty Deeds to donate five lots to Monroe County. The
applicant receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13, 2001, has filed the document in
accordance with Ordinance No. 47-1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047-
1999.
