PO box 421148 Summerland Key, F133042 (305)745-1032 A IT. MR. Danny KoJage, Would you please see that this letter is read to the commissioners at the time ofFEMA or Illegal apts. on the agenda. We the members of this organization and others that are fed up with the attacks on our residential neighborhoods by law breakers and we intend to take legal action if it doesn't stop. It has become clear that some of our commissioners are becoming abusive of their positions and ignoring the majority of law abiding citizens just for their own personal gains and the greed of their friends who are violating our zoning laws. Please be aware that 90% of our citizens are not lawbreakers. Weare also concerned that our county attorney who receives big money for his advice is being ignored by conunissioners when he suggests the right way to go, such as The Payne Appeal and the commissioners ignore the advice, and why has Jimmy not represented us personally on the four year statute when we believe it was Sue Vernon, Jimmy and London that convinced the commissioners to approve it in the first place And what about conflict of interest, when two commissioners own apartments and one of them had it removed. Is it right for them to be voting on the issue. We do not think so. One more thing we would like to know Will Jim Hendricks Represent us on the biggest case in Momoe History on April Twelve in Key West again it was his ordinance.
