ITEM BACKGROUND: On February 28, 2001 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award fo
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Restrictive <;:ovenant is approved by the BOCC. Thomas J. & (
Mesler submitted the Restrictive Covenant to Monroe Count}'. The applicants receiving one dwelling unit alloc
award for the year ending July 13,2001, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 47-1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On Nove er 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No.
1999.
