ITEM BACKGROUND: On November 20, 1997 the Planning commission approved an allocat on award for Robert C. Ohlman. On December 10, 1997 the BOCC approved the restrictive coven t request by Robert C. Ohlman and the restrictive covenant was officially recorded with the Clerk ~ Courts Office. This request for release has been prompted by the formal withdrawal of his build' g permit and subsequent sale of his property. I PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: On December 10, 1997, the BOCC approved the request for the original restrictive covenant.
