A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS OF THE LOWER
AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND AMBULANCE DISTRICT, MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.199-1998
AND INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF BUSINESS
PROPERTY; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA TO SIGN AND EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF
MONROE COUNTY A BUSINESS LEASE WITH THE SCHOOL
BOARD OF MONROE COUNTY FOR THE USE OF BUSINESS
PROPERTY FOR TEMPORARY HOUSING OF EMS PERSONNEL.

1) Resolution No. 199-1998 adopted by the Board of Governors on ~.y ii3,

1998, is hereby rescinded by this Resolution; and
2) The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and execute on behalf of Monroe
County a Business Lease, a copy of which is hereby attached and
incorporated by reference, with The School Board of Monroe County for the
use of business property for temporary housing of EMS personnel.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of the Lower and
Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance District, Monroe County, Florida, at a
regular meeting of said Board held on the
