The planned road closure is for the 38t Annual July 4th Parade through Key Largo. The Parade begins at 10 a.m. with a duration of approximately one and one-half hours. The diversion of northbound Overseas Highway begins at Almay Street, proceeding north and concludes at the Waldorf Plaza -Holiday Inn area.
